Last month I had the privilege of speaking at the WAM! (Women, Action and Media) conference in Boston, MA and met the uber fabulous Fatemeh Fakhraie, the savvy editor behind Muslimah Media Watch.

She’s followed up afterward and produced this great interview of me about being a Muslim journalist and my other media work! Thank you Fatemeh!

I feel the need to share that we hung out for awhile before I found out that she was THE Fatemeh, writer of one of my favorite blogs.
